Boiling water is no longer required for customers along Route 37 between Illinois Ave and the Illinois Region 5 Office. Repairs are complete and the necessary flushing and purification verification steps were conducted. You may return to normal use of your water service.

Currently the City of Benton is experiencing major problems with our water lines. We have had several breaks all over town. We are working as fast as we can to get these issues resolved. If you have been without water or have experienced low water pressure, you will be under a boil water order. Please call 618-439-6131 for any questions.
