BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BENTON, FRANKLIN COUNTY, ILLINOIS THAT: <\/p>\n
SECTION 1: That Section 38-4-13 be amended as follows: <\/p>\n
(A)\tPROPERTY LOCATED INSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS. Minimum rate per month: $14.31. <\/p>\n
