IN THE BENTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 500 WEST MAIN STREET, BENTON, ILLINOIS.  <\/p>\n<p>MAYOR KONDRITZ CALLED THE PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER.  THOSE PRESENT WERE COMMISSIONER BAUMGARTE, COMMISSIONER WYANT, COMMISSIONER STOREY, COMMISSIONER MILLER, AND MAYOR KONDRITZ.  <\/p>\n<p>JULIE PAYNE HUBLER QUESTIONED IF THE COUNCIL WAS BEING PROACTIVE WITH WORKER\u2019S COMPENSATION IN ORDER TO LESSEN OUR PREMIUMS.  COMMISSIONER MILLER STATED THAT A WORKING SAFETY COMMITTEE HAS BEEN FORMED AND THE CITY IS DOING ITS PART TO BRING THE PREMIUMS DOWN.  NO OTHER PUBLIC OR COUNCIL COMMENTS WERE MADE.  <\/p>\n<p>COMMISSIONER MILLER MADE A MOTION TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING.  SECOND BY COMMISSIONER WYANT.  VOTE WAS TAKEN.  COMMISSIONER BAUMGARTE, COMMISSIONER WYANT, COMMISSIONER STOREY, COMMISSIONER MILLER, AND MAYOR KONDRITZ.
